fresh start

So I started a challenge. I want to be in the 140's by my birthday I have 180 some days to get there. I did really good yesterday and was 3 calories over my intake of 1600 and I worked out and I drank 75 ounces of water. i ate three meals and 1 snack. I had 1 diet pop. I am proud of my self today will be just as good and I am on a roll so far. I had planned out 2 eggs with syrup and marg for breakfast and instead I had the following


Breakfast : 2 eggs
                 30 grams of cheese
                 2 slices of turkey bacon
                 1 green apple
                  25 ounces of water

Day 7

 I am doing OK but need to get back in the game I will update better tomorrow but it is late and my goal is to be in bed by 12:30 so I can be up at a decent time to work out before work. have a good one and talk  to you more tomorrow just wanted this up since I am updating daily.

Day 6 Week 1 Feb 6 2011

 Alright so you may have noticed a couple of new pages on the blog check them out and see what I have added. Day 5 Feb 5 2011

Breakfast : 2 toast whole wheat with peanut butter
                  and margarine
                 1/2 cup of pine apple



can of Diet Pepsi 355ml   and then one more at work.


Lunch:   canned ham dry
             1 cup of tomato soup
             30 grams of cheese
             1/2 cup of pine apple

snack 1 diet Pepsi and a caramel crunch donut

Dinner turkey and Swiss sandwich on whole wheat
           1caremal chocolate chip muffin

snack 1 caramel chocolate chip muffin

water intake 32oz 20 oz 8oz 8oz - 68oz

weight in tomorrow oh no !!!!!!!!!!!!!





So today was  OK could have been a little better. This was my free day so no more eating like that until next Saturday. Might be going to the movies so want to save the calories for a popcorn or what ever in case I want one. Planning a head is important. I hope that all this hard work pays off. I have been doing really well this week putting an effort into my meals and making small changes where needed. I should see a big difference next week cause on Monday I will be adding back exercise and this is a must. More tomorrow.

Day 4 Feb 4 2011

Breakfast 2 toast whole wheat

Lunch Tomato Soup
           whole wheat bread with margarine
           and canned ham dry

Dinner: ham and Swiss sandwich with lettuce tomato and light mayo (Tim Horton's)
           2 plain Tim bits
           the last of my diet Pepsi

today was a good day. Although didn't need the cherry danish oh well it's done. I took pictures of all my food except the last two. I didn't get in as much water as I would have liked to. But will make a point of doing better tomorrow peeked at the scale and so far down a pound will take it since I did eat pizza early in the week. This is why I need to drink more water today an tomorrow Monday is my official weigh in. more tomorrow Oh yes Monday is the day I add exercise back into the mix it will be two days a week for now. and then will go from there maybe more then that we will see.

Day 3 Feb 3 2011

this morning's weight 157lbs up .5lbs from my last weigh in which was last Thursday or Wednesday



Breakfast:  1 egg fried
                 2 turkey bacon
                 1/2 cup of cantaloupe
                30 grams of cheese
                 green peppers , green onions, red onion and celery and 2 mushrooms

Lunch:  1 cup of tomato soup
            2 slices of whole wheat bread
            52 grams of flakes of ham
            1 tsp of margarine
            1/3 cup of cantaloupe
            30 grams of cheese
         

afternoon snack: 1 hard boiled egg
                         1/2 cup of fat free butter scotch pudding



dinner:  minced turkey
            1/2 cup of brown rice
            sweet potato 1/2
            2 tbsp of fat free sour cream
            30 grams of cheese
           green peppers , green onions, red onion and celery  and 2 mushrooms

evening snack 2 hard boiled eggs


other food eaten tonight
3 hard boiled eggs and 1 cup of butter scotch pudding

also had 1 english muffin with cheese melted on top all add into my calories at lose it. As soon as I am done posting this

so far I have had 50 ounces of water going to have my third bottle now  
               good day today. needs to keep it that way. gonna have dinner at 5 it's already just gotta cook my sweet potato and heat the rest will post a picture of it soon. I think this week for week 2 I will start my workout's on my days off so Monday will be my first work out.
 total water intake for the day 114 ounces oh yay that's what I am talking about every body. lol sorry watching Despicable me too much lately

Day 2 Feb 2 2011

Breakfast : English muffin
                 cheese mozzarella 
                  25 ounces of water

Lunch: 4 mini slices of pepperoni pizza with extra cheese (there is no more left now it's all gone)
           25 ounces of water



Snack chewy granola bar trail mix nature valley bar dark chocolate 70%

Dinner:  50 grams of minced turkey meat
            green pepper , red onion , green onion, celery and mushrooms
           seasoned with cayanne pepper salt and pepper with garlic salt and chicken seasoning
           1/2 a sweet potato with chicken seasoning
            and 1/2 cup of brown rice from uncle bens.
          25 ounces of water

snack: 1/4 of popcorn air popped  
           1 tbsp spoon of margarine and a little salt to taste



 was over way over calories tonight but ate healthy except for the pizza but that's OK I am back tracking again to see a full list of the calories I ate and the foods go here loseit.com  , I drank 100 oz of water today too so am happy with that I want to get my calories at a good limit and then I will be adding back exercise on my Two days off during the week when I work is too hard for me to do. So if I get in two good workouts I will be happy.

yes I had pizza but the junk food I am talking about is chips chocolate and candies
