today was a good day. Although didn't need the cherry danish oh well it's done. I took pictures of all my food except the last two. I didn't get in as much water as I would have liked to. But will make a point of doing better tomorrow peeked at the scale and so far down a pound will take it since I did eat pizza early in the week. This is why I need to drink more water today an tomorrow Monday is my official weigh in. more tomorrow Oh yes Monday is the day I add exercise back into the mix it will be two days a week for now. and then will go from there maybe more then that we will see.
