Week 1 Goals
Feb 1 2011- Feb 7 2011
1) one donut or 2 tim bits only at work per shift
2) one pop at work only and none before
3) no junk food at home (chips chocolate or candies) on my days off or when I work
4) track all my food in my journal and on lose it and on my blog
5) drink all my water at least 64 ounces or more .

1) two Tim bits at work this day
2) I had one pop at home and one at work
3) this I did very well with
4) I tracked all my food both online on lose it in my paper journal and on my blog.
5) I drank 82 ounces of water roughly
Wednesday Feb 2 2011
1) no pop at all
2) no donuts
3) no junk food this day
4) I track all my food in all places I said I would and took picture's and video of my food.
5) I drank 100 ounces of water today
Thursday Feb 3 2011
1) no pop
2) no donuts
3) no junk food
4) tracked all my food and took pictures of it and video also updated blog with food intake
5) I drank 114 ounces of water today :)
Friday Feb 4 2011
1) had 1 pop as planned
2) had 2 tim bits
3) complete
4) complete
5) could have drank a little more but did a good amount

1) had 3 pop so need to watch this
2) had 1 donut and 2 muffins need to just have one or the other

5) water could have been better but it was good enough
