So I started a challenge. I want to be in the 140's by my birthday I have 180 some days to get there. I did really good yesterday and was 3 calories over my intake of 1600 and I worked out and I drank 75 ounces of water. i ate three meals and 1 snack. I had 1 diet pop. I am proud of my self today will be just as good and I am on a roll so far. I had planned out 2 eggs with syrup and marg for breakfast and instead I had the following

Breakfast : 2 toast whole wheat with peanut butter
and margarine
1/2 cup of pine apple
can of Diet Pepsi 355ml and then one more at work.
Lunch: canned ham dry
1 cup of tomato soup
30 grams of cheese
1/2 cup of pine apple
snack 1 diet Pepsi and a caramel crunch donut
Dinner turkey and Swiss sandwich on whole wheat
1caremal chocolate chip muffin

water intake 32oz 20 oz 8oz 8oz - 68oz
So today was OK could have been a little better. This was my free day so no more eating like that until next Saturday. Might be going to the movies so want to save the calories for a popcorn or what ever in case I want one. Planning a head is important. I hope that all this hard work pays off. I have been doing really well this week putting an effort into my meals and making small changes where needed. I should see a big difference next week cause on Monday I will be adding back exercise and this is a must. More tomorrow.

Snack chewy granola bar trail mix nature valley bar dark chocolate 70%
Dinner: 50 grams of minced turkey meat
green pepper , red onion , green onion, celery and mushrooms
seasoned with cayanne pepper salt and pepper with garlic salt and chicken seasoning
1/2 a sweet potato with chicken seasoning
and 1/2 cup of brown rice from uncle bens.

snack: 1/4 of popcorn air popped
1 tbsp spoon of margarine and a little salt to taste
was over way over calories tonight but ate healthy except for the pizza but that's OK I am back tracking again to see a full list of the calories I ate and the foods go here loseit.com , I drank 100 oz of water today too so am happy with that I want to get my calories at a good limit and then I will be adding back exercise on my Two days off during the week when I work is too hard for me to do. So if I get in two good workouts I will be happy.

Day 1 meals for Feb 1 2011
Breakfast:
8 oz of water
1 apple
Lunch: 1 whole wheat bagel with butter
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 plain Tim bits (donut holes)
25 ounces of water.
Dinner: 1 fish stick breaded
1 medium sweet potato with sour cream 2 tbsp
1 cup of green beans
25 oz of water
Snack Evening 2 slices of bread
2 tsp of margarine
2 tbsp of peanut butter
total calories -4,305
net calories -3,054 (not a good day had a bad day at work towards the end of the day but this won't happen again)
burned calories - 1,251 ( will do a small workout after my son goes to bed so this will go up.
water intake -
this is my three planned meals tomorrow and I will stick to them,. I am allowing myself 1 diet Pepsi tomorrow and that is it.this goes for every day this week only one pop a day and then I will drop it down to every other day, no more donuts at work only Tim Bits and I am only a loud 1 -2 and that only if my calories permit it if they aren't there then I don't get them I have some goals set up and I am going to add a goal page and put them there. It's on starting tomorrow that's it no more broken promises to my self.

Stepping it up again.
So I have been watching these new weight loss shows and one of them is dealing with people that are around my age. And the other one is about teens that are over weight and trying to lose weight for college. I find them motivating right now. I am also still watching the biggest loser as well. And I am going to start with the thing that has been my biggest temptation and that is junk food. Watching these shows and seeing what these people are going threw I know that I need to do this and now before I end up like that. So no more. And this means no more crap at work either. Unless I portion it out and have the calories for it. Also I need to make sure that I have eaten god for the hole day before I can have any thing. So today will be day 1 of no junk food at work. The only thing I am aloud to have if I want any thing is 2 plain tim bits and that is it. nothing else also have to make sure I get my water in when I am at work as well. I am adding a page to this blog and it will be for tracking my food I am going to do that right now. I think I am finally finally really ready to do this lets watch and see.

Sick
So I am sick. I hate being sick I am all stuffed up and my head feels like it's going to explode. Ugh I have to work too because I just started my job and haven't been there for a month. I had a pretty good sleep last night a better one then I have had all week. Thank god. I work tonight and tomorrow then it's my weekend. I just checked the scale and am down .5 from last week. I still have today tomorrow and Sunday to go I need to get more water in must work on this.Eating has been OK could def be better but it is what it is. I am doing the best that I can. I eat fairly well at home and then do the best that I can at work with what I have. If I am feeling up to it I will work out Sunday and Monday my two days off I take the week off cause of work I am just too tired. And I think that that is better then no workouts at all. Alright that's it for now oh yes I am doing daily vlogs on you tube so check them out above and subscribe I have a new video uploading now.

DAy 6 Sunday
So much better today. My water is going good as well I am on my third bottle. going to try and not eat any thing from now until tomorrow after weigh in to eat any thing I don't want to take the chance and mess it up. I am tired tonight so when my little one goes to bed I am going to have a little rest. I have a full week of shifts coming up starting Tuesday and also start my workout's again tomorrow.And I will stcik to them even if it's only two or three times a week I work out any thing is better then nothing right? well that's all for now I am going to head off and relax a little back tomorrow for more of an update.
Day 5 Friday
Today was a much better day then the last two days put together. Yay for me. so happy. I worked tonight and it was really really busy. Which didn't give me much time to think about food. We had no time to stop for any thing really. I like when it's busy but not to the point where you can't think straight. I peeked at my weight the other day and it was sitting at 157.5 lbs. Happy about that. I know most of the weight gain this week was water weight cause of my period. And the other half was because of the eating I have been slacking the last few days on tracking on my lose it app but I am back at it today.I have been writing things down just haven't been tracking them online. Gotta stop that it needs to be a habit no matter what like before. alright it's getting late so time to go to bed soon have a great night and a good day tomorrow

Day 4 Friday
Today was a little bit better then yesterday I ate more on plan. Except for the two chocolate chip muffins I had after work but that's all good. I still ate well today and am getting back into getting my salads in too. I had one today and it was good. Not much to report. O h yes I had one donut at work tonight and two diet pop and a french vanilla. but I am OK with that. I have to learn in moderation right and take this one day at a time and not get mad at myself for having things off my plan as long as I don't go over board is all that matters. that's all for now I will be writing a little more when I start the work outs which is Monday
Day 3Thursday
So today was a little bit of a let down but I am not starting over. No way. I am going to just get back on it on Friday and keep moving forward no more starting over for me no way no how. I haven't tracked online in a couple of days but I am writing stuff down in my journal I am going to start counting calories again. hubby went grocery shopping today for me and got every thing on my list. yay. I didn't put any extra snacks or any thing on my list. I am going to be getting workouts back into things on Monday so this is a must and I will be working on getting my water in again as well. I need to get that back to where it was .
Day 3 Road to health This time for me
so not a good day today but I am not restart because of moving forward. I will make tomorrow as good as I can. I need to stop slacking with my water and get back in to it and also I need to set some rules for my self with work and my eating. I will write more about that soon.I am not trying hard enough and I need to. I know I can do this my husband is finally behind me on this which is great. We are going out tomorrow to get me all the healthy food that I need to do this. Also I think with my work outs I am going to have to do them in the morning's. There is no way around it. I just get home to late and am too tired after wards my days off won't be too bad but the other days my son will have to share the T.v. I will let you know what I come up with also when I set up my full workout schedule I will post it on a separate page as well as my eating plan extra. just so you know what I am doing. that's all for now hope you all are well. keep fighting the fight and never give up

Day 2 Jan 19 2011
Today was pretty good although
I did have chocolate and some diet Pepsi. I won't be having the pop again though I felt awe full after only a little bit. today's eating has been good even with the chocolate every thing is logged into my lose it profile and I have scheduled one more snack but we will see if I have it or not. Not sure what it will be yet will have to see what I feel like having.Day is ending on a good note I have not eaten any thing since about 7 pm. I have added one more bottle of water to my intake and calories are awesome. And they will keep getting better and better. just a short update to let you know how I am doing . I also started a fan page which is located in the right side bar. so if you are following me here follow me there as well thanks for the support those that are reading and please leave a comment to say that you were here I am going to put a link in the left side of the page to where you will find my food log's and exercise. Which i just wrote out my schedule for workouts and a few goals but I will post my goals tomorrow and talk about my work outs in a video and post them tomorrow. so have a good night and we will be back for day three update tomorrow.

The Real Day 1 Please Stand Up
OK so Monday didn't go as well as I had planned. But today is a better day and I am happy to sat I am on plan and back on track. Calories today were awesome and well under target. Drank 75 ounces of water and didn't eat after 11 pm. so a good day all around no no workout but one thing at a time here people. Lol it will come trust me. I am ready to get back into it again. Biggest Loser workout here I come. so I am going to keep this short here is a video I made today that will show my food intake and a few words from me too.

Today's Goals
- track all my food in my lose it application
- drink all my water each and every day
- work out 5-6 days a week but taking a rest day when I need to.
Back to basic's this is it. No more being lazy. No more starting one day then , falling of the next day I am done with it. I feel awe full and fat.
