The Real Day 1 Please Stand Up

  OK so Monday didn't go as well as I had planned. But today is a better day and I am happy to sat I am on plan and back on track. Calories today were awesome and well under target. Drank 75 ounces of water and didn't eat after 11 pm. so a good day all around no no workout but one thing at a time here people. Lol it will come trust me. I am ready to get back into it again. Biggest Loser workout here I come. so I am going to keep this short here is a video I made today that will show my food intake and a few words from me too.
