Day 4 Friday

 Today was a little bit better then yesterday I ate more on plan. Except for the two chocolate chip muffins I had after work but that's all good. I still ate well today and am getting back into getting my salads in too. I had one today and it was good. Not much to report. O h yes I had one donut at work tonight and two diet pop and a french vanilla. but I am OK with that. I have to learn in moderation right and take this one day at a time and not get mad at myself for having things off my plan as long as I don't go over board is all that matters. that's all for now I will be writing a little more when I start the work outs which is Monday
