Today was pretty good although
I did have chocolate and some diet Pepsi. I won't be having the pop again though I felt awe full after only a little bit. today's eating has been good even with the chocolate every thing is logged into my lose it profile and I have scheduled one more snack but we will see if I have it or not. Not sure what it will be yet will have to see what I feel like having.Day is ending on a good note I have not eaten any thing since about 7 pm. I have added one more bottle of water to my intake and calories are awesome. And they will keep getting better and better. just a short update to let you know how I am doing . I also started a fan page which is located in the right side bar. so if you are following me here follow me there as well thanks for the support those that are reading and please leave a comment to say that you were here I am going to put a link in the left side of the page to where you will find my food log's and exercise. Which i just wrote out my schedule for workouts and a few goals but I will post my goals tomorrow and talk about my work outs in a video and post them tomorrow. so have a good night and we will be back for day three update tomorrow.
