DAy 6 Sunday
So much better today. My water is going good as well I am on my third bottle. going to try and not eat any thing from now until tomorrow after weigh in to eat any thing I don't want to take the chance and mess it up. I am tired tonight so when my little one goes to bed I am going to have a little rest. I have a full week of shifts coming up starting Tuesday and also start my workout's again tomorrow.And I will stcik to them even if it's only two or three times a week I work out any thing is better then nothing right? well that's all for now I am going to head off and relax a little back tomorrow for more of an update.

ANYthing is most definitely better than nothing. :)
ReplyDeleteYou shouldn't go so long with no food. If you eat small protein snacks then your metabolism wlll stay higher. If you dont eat, you are going to go into starvation mode and your blood sugars are going to go to hell.
