Today's Goals







  1. track all my food in my lose it application
  2. drink all my water each and every day
  3. work out 5-6 days a week but taking a rest day when I need to.




Back to basic's this is it. No more being lazy. No more starting one day then , falling of the next day I am done with it. I feel awe full and fat.
