I am doing OK but need to get back in the game I will update better tomorrow but it is late and my goal is to be in bed by 12:30 so I can be up at a decent time to work out before work. have a good one and talk to you more tomorrow just wanted this up since I am updating daily.
I like the goals page. It's a good idea to have them all laid out like that and you can see how you are doing week to week.
