So I started a challenge. I want to be in the 140's by my birthday I have 180 some days to get there. I did really good yesterday and was 3 calories over my intake of 1600 and I worked out and I drank 75 ounces of water. i ate three meals and 1 snack. I had 1 diet pop. I am proud of my self today will be just as good and I am on a roll so far. I had planned out 2 eggs with syrup and marg for breakfast and instead I had the following
Breakfast : 2 eggs
30 grams of cheese
2 slices of turkey bacon
1 green apple
25 ounces of water
