Stepping it up again.
So I have been watching these new weight loss shows and one of them is dealing with people that are around my age. And the other one is about teens that are over weight and trying to lose weight for college. I find them motivating right now. I am also still watching the biggest loser as well. And I am going to start with the thing that has been my biggest temptation and that is junk food. Watching these shows and seeing what these people are going threw I know that I need to do this and now before I end up like that. So no more. And this means no more crap at work either. Unless I portion it out and have the calories for it. Also I need to make sure that I have eaten god for the hole day before I can have any thing. So today will be day 1 of no junk food at work. The only thing I am aloud to have if I want any thing is 2 plain tim bits and that is it. nothing else also have to make sure I get my water in when I am at work as well. I am adding a page to this blog and it will be for tracking my food I am going to do that right now. I think I am finally finally really ready to do this lets watch and see.

What you are doing is really hard...you are fighting a sugar addiction. I have faced this one down and said no more. If I want something sweet, I make it and use honey, but I dont eat much sweets anymore. Drink lots and lots of water....64 oz plus and it helps curb the want.
ReplyDeleteRainandSunshine Tim bits are donut holes the centers of the donuts we sell them at Tim Horton's where I work. And Gail I think you are right about this, I need to just do it enough is enough
